At The Asher, your dogs and cats are part of the family—welcomed home to pet-friendly one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and an on-site bark park made just for your furry friends. Review our pet guidelines below, then settle into lakefront calm with a companion by your side.
Dogs & Cats Welcome
We happily accept cats and dogs, up to 2 per home, with no weight limit. We have a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet, with a monthly pet rent of $30 per pet. Breed restrictions may apply.
